Objective To set up the rat model of alcoholic liver fibrosis and investigate the effect of intervention and treatment of Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets on the rats with alcoholic alcoholic liver fibrosis with serological, histological and electron microscopic observing methods.Meanwhile,we study the expression of gene and protein for DDR2 in the liver tissues of rats with alcoholic liver fibrosis and their significance,in order to reveal the mechanism of genesis and development of alcoholic liver fibrosis and to provide the experimental basis for the clinical treatment or reversion of alcoholic liver fibrosis.Methods 79 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, namely intervention group,model group,pyrazole group,and control group.Then the rats fed on olive oil diet(enriched in polyunsaturated fatty acids, > 90%) were infused intragastrically after a week's normal feeding.①model group:infused with ethanol and pyrazole to induce the rat model of alcoholic liver fibrosis.The amount(4-9.6g/kg·d) and concentration(30%-60%) of ethanol increasd gradually;the dosage of pyrazole was 25mg/kgd. ②intervention group :infused with alcohol , pyrazole and compound glycyrrhizin tablets(1~#/kg·d).The usage and dosage of pyrazole and alcohol are the same as the mention above. ③control group: infused with partes aequales isotonic Na chloride.④pyrazole group: the rats were infused with pyrazole dissolved in partes aequales isotonic Na chloride.The amount of ethanol, pyrazole and Compound Glycyrrhizin mentioned were all divided into two equal portions and were infused... |
