| ã€Objectives】1 To study the effects of the disorders of serum glucose,lipid metabolism and the enhancement of lipid peroxidation on type 2 diabetic nephropathy. 2. To investigate the singular and combined effects of the paraoxonase-1 R192Q,paraoxonase-2 S311C and Apoliplprotein E polymorphisms in relation to type 2 diabetic nephropathy. 3.To study possible mechanisms of the relationship between the genovariations and diabetic nephropathy.ã€Methods】The allele frequency and the genotype distribution of the polymorphisms of PON1 gene,PON2 gene and ApoE gene in the group of 105 normal subjects and 210 type 2 diabetes were detected by means of polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment-length(PCR-RFLP). According to the albumin-to-creatinine ratio(ACR), the group of type 2 diabetes was divided to diabetic nephropathy positive(DN+) group and diabetic nephropathy negative(DN-) group.
