Helicobacter pylori is easily converted from spiral form to coccoid form when exposed to adverse glowing conditions. To explore the virulence, the pathogenicity of coccoid H.Pylori induced by exposure to antibiotic will help to declare the important role of coccoid H.Pylori during the gastritis cancer.1. The effect of coccoid Helicobacter Pylori on cell proliferation and apoptosis. Objectives: To study infection of Helicobacter pylori in the gastric carcinogensis and their relation with cell apoptosis, proliferation, and to explore their possible roles in the gastric carcinogenic mechanism. Methods: In vitro, cell AGS and GES-1 were cocultured.Cell proliferation was detected by CCK-8 asssy and cell apoptosis was measured by TUNEL.Results: Proliferation indexes showed an increasing tendency in the state of low infection with coccoid H.Pylori. There were significant differences between coccoid H.Pylori and spiral H.Pylori (p<0.05).Conclusion: The coccoid H.Pylori induced by antibiotics might cause gastric cancer.2.The expression of transcription factor Egr-1 of gastric epithelial cells in vitro. Objectives: To study infection of coccoid H.Pylori in the gastric carcinogensis...
