Objective: Through the clinical and experimental study we want to make a discusstion about the mechanism in decreasing the enzyme in Chronical virus B hepatitis. Methods: In clinical study we treated 30 patients of B hepatitis with Gan Bing San Hao for 3 months. And we compared the symptoms, signs, liver function, hepatic fibrosis index(HA, LN, PCIII, VI-C), Doppler video and indication of pathogeny before and after the research. In experimental study we divided Witar rats into four groups of chronic and acute models. Group A is the normal group, group B is the treatment group, group C is the bifendate group, group D is the model group. And the liver function , HA, SOD, MDA will be observed.Result: Clinical study shows that representation of the patients in symptoms, signs, liver function, hepatic fibrosis index(HA, LN, PCIII, VI-C), Doppler video and indication of pathogeny are improved in different digree. There is a significant difference between before and after the treatment. Experimental study shows that the recept can improve the liver function, HA, SOD, MDA of rats in acute and chronic hepatic injury. The curative effect is better than bifendate with significant difference. Conclusion: the recept has a relative good function of against liver injury and decreasing enzyme, the mechanism perhaps leis in degradation of collagen, against liver injury and oxygen-derived free radicals. It is good for the clinical menifetation and index of liver function of the patients of Chronical virus B hepatitis.
