The Development Of Gezejiangzhi Granule

Gezejiangzhi granule is a new preparation from clinical recipe. In this text, preparing process is optimized ,the quality standard of the granule is made. The researches of stability and safty and pharmacodynamics are studied. The results showed that the granule could decrease TC ,TG respectively while HDL-C increasing in rat. TC decreased markedly in normal rat. The granule was considered to lower blood lipid in pigeon. In experiments, the granule not only controlled level of blood lipid but also increased HDL-C for hyperlipidemia rabbits. The max. dosage was 100 times as much as normal orally taken by experiment of the acute toxicity on rat.
