| Objective: Through the treatment of eliminate wetness and disintoxication in alcoholic hepatitis, we try to find a new way of therapy in this disease.Methods: In Clinical observation 30 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group used traditional Chinese medicine following the principle of eliminate wetness and disintoxication, the control group accepted the treatment of Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules. We compared the indexes in aspect of general situation, liver function, blood fat,Mean Corpuscular Volume(MCV) and examine of colour ultrasonic abdomen.In Experimental study 80 Wistar rats were divided in 5 groups(such as blank control, drinking alcohol and TCM medicine, drinking alcohol and Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules, abstinence and TCM medicine, abstinence and Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules). We also checked liver function,blood fat and MCV of rats, and observed difference in related indexes before and after the applying of drug.Rats'liver was taken out and a pathology examination with HE staining was carried out.Result: Clinical study shows that representation of the patients in symptoms, signs is improved and better than control group (P<0.05).Experimental study shows that the recept can improve different indexes not only for the alcoholic hepatitis rats but also for the continuing drinking rats. It obviously improves the liver function, decreases the blood fat, MCV and liver coefficient. And it can also improve appetite and relieve the swell of liver and reduce the pathology injury of liver.Conclusion: The recept has a relative good function in treating alcoholic hepatitis, it also can protect the liver for the alcohol addiction. |
