1 The Heal ing Effect Analysis of Treating of 40 cases Chronic Hepatitis B with Replenishing Qi Disintoxication1.1 ObjectiveUnder the guiding of TCM theory, with the years clinical practice of tutor Zhang Chaoxi, referring to the present researching profit, choosing the treating experience of Chronic Hepatitis B of professor Zhang Chaoxi, through randomly clinical comparing, testing and researching, to definit e the healing effect of Replenishing Qi Disintoxication treating chronic hepatitis b.1.2 MeansThe research adopts clinical random comparing to forward looking rese arch, collecting 80 cases of chronic hepatitis b from The First Subordina te Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine between October,2 009 to April,2011, randomly divided into two groups:Chinese medicine tr eating group 40 cases and Yinzhihuang granule comparing group 40 cases. C hinese medicine group are offered with basic prescription of Replenishing Qi Disintoxication, increasing and reducing according to the symptom, a potion each day,3 months as a period of treatment. Yinzhihuang granule c omparing group are offered with Yinzhihuang granule,3 times a day,2 bag/t ime,3 months as a period of treatment. Observe the conditions of changin g of symptom signs, liver function and eitology after treatment, and make conclusion.1.3 ResultAfter 3 months treatment observation, the total effective rate of Chi nese medicine group is92.5%, the total effective rate of Yinzhihuang gran ule group is72.5%. The two groups are obviously different after counting out. The Chinese medicine group are better than the Yinzhihuang granule group. At the part of improving tire, sweat, sleepy, abdominal fullness a nd distention, dryness and bitter of the mouth, the Chinese medicine grou p is better than the Yinzhihuang granule group, with statistic difference. The Chinese medicine group reduce the HBV-DNA quantity obviously,3 case negative conversion, without statistic difference. Replenishing Qi Disin toxication can increase A/G proportion, etiology point out 2 cases in Chi nese medicine group HBeAg negative conversion, means Replenishing Qi Disi ntoxication can increase the human immunologic function, help producing t he antibody.1.4 ConclusionReplenishing Qi Disintoxication owns improving the symptom of the hep atitis b victims, protecting the liver and reducing enzyme, reducing bili rubin and inhibiting virus, with a certain immunoregulation function, mea nwhile, Replenishing Qi Disintoxication is safe and effective at clinical application.2 Research of Replenishing Qi Disintoxication to HBV Transgene Mouse Lymphocyte Sub-group and Hepatic Pathology2.1 ObjectiveObserve the effect of Replenishing Qi Disintoxication to HBV Transgen e Mouse Lymphocyte Sub-group and Hepatic Pathology.2.2 MEANSAdopting the Replenishing Qi Disintoxication basic prescription, wate r extract treating HBV transgene mouse, comparing with the sample group o f offering physiological saline, taking blood 5 times from the vein behin d the orbit, after the final blood taking, kill the mouse, dissect it, ta ke the liver, observe the effect of Replenishing Qi Disintoxication to th e changing of Lymphocyte Sub-group and Hepatic Pathology.2.3 ResultReplenishing Qi Disintoxication can reduce the Lymphocyte Sub-group s teadily, which is different from before treatment, with statistical signi ficance. But, it is compared with the sample group, without statistical s ignificance. Replenishing Qi Disintoxication can improve the morphology o f the liver, reduce the damage of the liver cell and reduce the soakage o f the inflammation cell.2.4 Conclus ionReplenishing Qi Disintoxication can reduce the damage of the liver an d improve the liver morphology through immunoregulation.
