Studies On Correlation Of Bushentiaochong Principle's Improving The Quality Of Oocytes And Concentration Of Estradiol/Leukemia Inhibitor Factor In In-Vitro Fertilization And Embryo Transfer

Objective: 1.To investigate the effects of estradiol(E2) and leukemia inhibitor factor(LIF) on in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET). 2.To observe the effects of Bushentiaochong(BShTCh) principle on the quantity of E2 and LIF, the quality of oocytes and embryos, then to explore its functional mechanism. Methods: 1. 80 patients of IVF were randomly divided into two groups: the trial group(treated with BShTCh decoction combined with western medicine) and the control group(treated with western medicine only). Symptoms of renal asthenia, the amount of oocytes, the ratio of mature oocytes, fertilization, cleavage, high-qualitied embryos and pregnancy were observed and compared between the two groups. 2.Detect and compare the E2 and LIF level in the follicle fluid at ovulation in two group.The relationship between E2/LIF level and the ratio of mature oocytes/high-qualitied embryos, and the transfer outcome are analyzed respectively. Results: 1.Clinical study indicated that the trial group was markedly better than the control group in ameliorating the symptom of renal asthenia and improving the ratio of mature oocytes, fertilization, cleavage, high-qualitied embryos and clinical pregnancy. 2.The E2/LIF concentration of the follicular fluid are positively correlated with the ratio of mature oocytes and high-qualitied embryos,and the pregnancy ending. The E2/LIF concentration of the trial group are significantly different from that of the control group. Conclusion: 1.E2,LIF may affect oocyte development and embryo quality. 2. BShTCh principle can distinctively improve the quality of oocyte, and then increase the ratio of fertilization,cleavage and pregnancy. The functional mechanism of BShTCh principle on improving the quality of oocyte may relate to the E2/LIF level activated by BShTCh decoction.
