Clinical Study On The Effect Of ZiShenPingGan Decoction In Treating Premenstrual Syndrome

Objective:To observe the effect of ZiShenPingGan Decoction(ZSPGD)in treating premenstrual syndrome and to explore its mechanism.Methods:60 patients were divided into two groups at random:the treatment group(30 cases,treated with ZSPGD) and the control group(30 cases,treated with QiJuDiHuang Bolus).Before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms,physical sign,the development of endocrine,blood rheology,and vegetative nervous system were observed.Results:The totle effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,while that of the control group was 63.33%.The difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).ZSPGD is effective to improve the symptom,and rectify the immunity and neuroendocrine dysfunction.Conclusion:ZSPGD is an effective recipe in treating of the hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency of premenstrual syndrome.The effect may be achieved though regulating neuroendocrine system and rectifying blood rheology.
