Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Yin Deficiency And Yang Hyperactivity Syndrome With The Formula Of Yuyinqianyangtiaozhi In The Elderly With Hypertension And Dyslipidemi

Objective: By observing the changes of blood pressure,blood lipid levels and the improvement of total scores of TCM syndromes in elderly patients with hypertension and dyslipidemia of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity syndrome before and after treatment with Yuyin Qianyang Tiaozhi Decoction,it provides more treatment ideas for TCM treatment of this disease and promotes the clinical application of this prescription.Methods: In this study,70 elderly hypertensive patients with dyslipidemia of yin-deficiency and yang-hyperactivity syndrome were collected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 35 cases in each group.Control group: amlodipine besylate tablets(5mg,orally in the morning,once a day)and atorvastatin calcium tablets(20mg,orally before bedtime,once a day)were given.The treatment group: on the basis of the control group,Yuyin Qianyang Tiaozhi Decoction(three times a day,taken in the morning,noon and evening)was added.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses.To observe the changes of blood pressure,blood lipids and the improvement of TCM syndromes in the two groups before and after treatment.Results: 1.There was no significant difference in gender,age and course of disease between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).2.Comparison of office blood pressure: Before treatment,There was no significant difference in clinic blood pressure between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease of blood pressure in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total antihypertensive effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of blood lipid: Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4.Comparison of TCM syndrome improvement: Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall efficacy of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).5.Safety evaluation: No adverse reactions were found in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion: On the basis of conventional antihypertensive and lipid-lowering therapy in western medicine,the addition of Yuyin Qianyang Tiaozhi Decoction in the treatment of elderly hypertension with dyslipidemia of yin-deficiency and yang-hyperactivity syndrome can effectively reduce the level of blood pressure and improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.The curative effect is better than that of western medicine alone.In regulating blood lipids,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.Yuyin Qianyang Tiaozhi Decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of senile hypertension with dyslipidemia of yin-deficiency and yang-hyperactivity syndrome without obvious adverse reactions.
