Clincal Study On Treating Stable Angina Pectoris With Fangjihuangqi Decoction

Objective: To discuss the elementary pathogenesis of stable angina pectoris and study the curative effect mechanism of Fangjihuangqi decotion on improving stable angina pectoris aegrotus.Methods: Sixty patients of stable angina pectoris syndrome of insufficiency of Yang were divided randomly into Tangjihuangqi decotion group (treatment group) and control group, 30 cases in each.Convensional weastern medical therapy was given to both groups and treatment group received additional Fangjihuangqi decotion treatment.The changes of clinical symptoms and laboratoty indexes in all patients were observed before and after treatment.Recults:the total effective rate of treatment and control group for treating stable angina pectoris were 83.3 %,73.33 %,which were better than those of control proup but no significant difference (P>0.05).TCM syndrome was improved and there was significant difference at the beginning and the end of the trial(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the treatment ang control group(P<0.05). Two group had obvious effect on improving ECG but on significant difference each other(P>0.05).Treatment group had significant effect on perfecting hemorheology and reducing platelet aggregating rate and better than control group. Conclusions:Fangjihuangqi decotion had significant treating effects for stable angina pectoris of syndrome of insufficiency of Yang. Fangjihuangqi decotion is a safe and effective new drug of chinaese herbal medicine for stable angina pectoris.
