Clinical Research About The Treatment With Warmly Yang For Resolving Blood Stasis Method(Chinese Materia Medica) On Stable Angina Pectoris

Objectiv:1.Confirming hypofunction of Yang—Qi in chest and blood stasis due to qi dificiency are the pathogenesis of stable angina Pectoris,while warmly yang for resolving blood stasis is the method of treating stable angina Pectoris.2.Improving the treatment method about stable angina pectoris that treatment only based on blood stasis,and extream individual treatment status based on syndrome differentiation,seeking a treatment method that is scientific,standardized,clinically effectived.Methods: Observing 120 clinical cases from January 2009 to January 2011,which experimental group are 60 cases and control group are 60 cases,the research according to the principle of random,double blind,control ,The person being observed is all from chinses medicine hospital of Tangshan.Giving experimental group wen yang hua yu capsule in addition to routin western medicine,and control group placebo.this tow group are all observed one course which is one month.The changes of angina Pectoris,chinese medicine symptoms,Rate of nitroglycerin stopped by,ECG,blood lipid and Safety indicators were observed before and after the treatment.Results: In angina Pectoris,chinese medicine symptoms,Rate of nitroglycerin stopped by,ECG and the improvement of the blood lipid effects,experimental group were better than control group,there was statistical difference between the tow groups (P<0.05),in safe effects,no obvious and serious effects were found.Conelusions: The observation of clinical cases confirmed hypofunction of Yang—Qi in chest and blood stasis due to qi dificiency are the pathogenesis of stable angina Pectoris,while warmly yang for resolving blood stasis is the method of treating stable angina Pectoris,worth researching and popularizing furtherly.
