OBJECTIVEBased on the previous results, this study was designed to investigate the specific antitumor immunity of peripheral blood cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) after high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) treatment for H22 implanted tumor in mice, and to provide more evidences involved in adoptive immunotherapy with HIFU-activated CTLs for homogeneous tumors.MATERIALS AND METHODS1.
