Objective:With the changes of natural environment and dietary factors ,the incidence of human cerebrovascular disease is increasing gradually, among which ischemic cerebral vascular disease(ICVD)accounts for 80%.Furthermore middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)accounts for 43% among ischemic cerebrovascular disease ,therefore it is important to sdudy MCAO and to research new drugs.It is reported that activated neutrophils contribute to the secondary damage of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion, which can release multiple proteases, reactive oxygen species , cytokines and so on.
