Protective Effect Of Traditional Chinese Medicine-Huxinling And Its Mechanisms Of Cardiac Ischemia In Rat

To investigate the molecular mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine -HuXinLing (HXL) in rat ischemic heart disease, we studied the protective effects of HXL on cardiac muscle of experimental rat under cardiac ischemia reperfusion injury by macroscopic observation and immunohistochemistry methods. The dosage was 0.68g/kg weight in compound Tanshinon group. The dosage of HXL was 200mg/kg weight and was diluted into suspension solution of 50% volume fraction.
