Background and Objective:1. Backgrounds of disused skeletal muscular atrophyIn 1886 Moll in America first made skeletal muscular atrophy model by fixing hind limb of mammals, since then many researches were carried out on its genesis and muscular changes in physiology, biochemistry, morphology and function. Bloomfield first drew the development picture of disused skeletal muscular atrophy, he believed decrease normal movement, complete bed rest, agravity, fixing, spinal damage could cause muscular atrophy in different level, accompanied by structural and functional changes, including transformation of muscle fiber from slow type (I type) to fast type (II type), decreased muscular protein anabolism, increased catabolism and muscular protein loosing, diminishing of muscular quality, decreased cross section area of muscle fiber, decreasing of capillary content and blood supply, decreased contract, ect. Muscular atrophy brings problems to muscular strength, movement, endurance and daily life. How to relieve muscular atrophy and recover movement ability is a difficult problem in years. Now the study mainly focuses on kinesis and physical treatment, which have been widely used in clinics as traditional treating methods but show little effects.
