The study was mainly carried out by RP-HPLC, which was used to assess the quality of Belamcanda chinensis and Shegan Kang Bingdu Injection (SGKBDI), just as following.To determinate irigenin in Belamcanda chinensis and its related preparation Shegan Kang Bingdu Injection (SGKBDI), a mixture of water-methanol-acetonitril(50:46:4) adjusted pH 3.0 by phostrate acid was used as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.8 mL/min with the column temperature of 30.5℃ and the detection wavelength of 265 nm.There got a good linearity (r=0.9999) with the linear range from 1.41 to 470μ g/mL. The LOD and LOQ was 0.16 and 0.53 μ g/mL, respectively. The method had an average recovery of 99.3% for Belamcanda chinensis, 99.7% for SGKBDI and had a good precision and reproducibility.During the determination of irisflorentin, a method was developed, in which the mobile phase consisted of water, methanol, acetonitril, THF and acetic acid with the ratio of 47.5:40:7:4:1.5, the column temperature was 27.5℃, the flow rate at 0.8 mL/min, the UV detection wavelength set at 265 nm.The linear range between 2.46 and 308 μ g/mL with the correlation coefficient of 0.9999, the LOD of 0.61 μg/mL, the LOQ of 1.22 μg/mL, the average recovery of 100.9% for Belamcanda chinensis and 99.9% for SGKBDI were obtained.A method was developed for determination of iridin in Belamcanda chinensis with the chromatographic conditions including a mixture of water-methanol-acetonitril-acetic acid (65:30:5:0.5) used as the mobile phase, a temperature of 20.6°C as the column temperature, a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min as the flow rate and a wavelength of 265nm as the detection wavelength. The linearity with the correlation coefficient of 0.9994 and the linear range 16~ 320 μg/mL,the LOD of 2.13 μg/mL and the LOQ of 16 μg/mL were obtained.A method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid was developed with the mobile phase of water-methanol-acetonitril-acetic acid (95:10:5:2) flowing through the...
