Study On CS Injection And The Quality Control Of The HP LC Fingerprint Chromatograph

The bufogenins and bufotenidines of CS were the major effective components of CS injection. The chemical constituents.effect of pharmacology and clinical application of the traditional Chinese medicines were summarized.Three bufogenins compounds such as CSH,CSZ,CDL and bufotenine .which is one of bufotenidines, were provided the contrasts of HPLC fingerprint chromatographic peak.The extraction technology of the effective components of the raw materials was studied by an orthogonal design using contents of CSZ ,CSJ and the weight of extract as indices, review the ethanol density,the extaction time.the extaction times and the granularity of powder. The sterilization condition was studied and the preparation was stable under high pressure sterilization. The preliminary stability of CS injection was also researched. The results showed that the preparation technology of CS injection was reasonable.The quality control standard of bufogenines of the raw material. CS injection and intermediate were developed by the HPLC fingerprint chromatograms. The obtained HPLC fingerprint chromatogram is up to standard based on the results of methodology. Based on the results of HPLC fingerprint chromatogram, similarity and contents of CDL,CSH,CSZ and CSJ were chosen as the quality control indices to the quality assessment of the raw material,CS injection and intermediate.
