ObjectiveTo improve the quality standards and to establish the method of fingerprint chromatogram analysis by HPLC of Shenqi Jiangtang Tablets. Which to provide a scientific basis for the evaluation of its quality.Methods(1) Using the thin-layer chromatography (TLC) method to identify ginseno sides. Radix Astragali、Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill. in Shenqi Jiangtang Tablets.(2) To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Ginsenoside Rg1、 Ginsenoside Re、Ginsenoside Rd and Schizandrin in Shenqi Jiangtang Tablets.(3) HPLC is used for the chromatographic fingerprint analysis of Shenqi Jiangtang Tablets. Calibration of common peaks, reference to the component peak utilization were identified. By contrast with the single herb medicine atlas to determine the ownership of the relevant peaks.(4)To establisht pre-column derivatization HPLC fingerprint of Shenqi Jiangtang Tablets polysaccharides.Results(1) Establishing the thin-1ayer chromatography (TLC) method to identify ginseno sides. Radix Astragali、Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.)Baill..(2) The linearity of Ginsenoside Rg1、Ginsenoside Re、Ginsenoside Rd and Schizandrin ranged between0.434~13.007μg (r=0.9999),1.051~31.520μ g(r=0.9999),0.546~16.388μg (r=0.9999),0.054~1.633μg (r=0.9998),respectively. Their average recoveries were98.8%(RSD1.02%),98.7%(RSD0.85%),98.7%(RSD1.11%),99.3%(RSD0.88%), respectively. (3) The method for the chromatographic fingerprint analysis of Shenqi Jiangtang Tablets was established.38peaks were identified as the common peaks and ten peaks was identified. The similarity of10batches of samples was randge from0.90to0.96.(4)The HPLC characteristic spectrum of polysaccharides pre-column derivatization of Shenqi Jiangtang Tablets was marked out a total of6peaks and all of them were identified, the similarity of10batches of samples was over0.98. The proposed method can be used as indicators of the quality control and evaluation.Conclusion(1) TLC method established in this study is simple, accurate, reliable, and applicability, which can be used to improve the quality standards of Shenqi Jiangtang Tablets.(2) The method is accurate, simple and good separation that it can be used to determine the content of Ginsenoside Rg1、Ginsenoside Re、Ginsenoside Rd and Schizandrin in Shenqi Jiangtang Tablets simultaneously.(3) HPLC featureprint and polysaccharide HPLC fingerprint methods were established. The methods have good precision, reproducibility,stability and good separation of each peak..Which provides more comprehensive information that can be used for quality controland quality assessment for the Shenqi Jiangtang Tablets.
