The usual poisoning of soporific are barbiturates, benzodiazepines of weak soporific and phenothiazines. As a result of the wide use and easy availability of such medicine, which is now the most common medicine in justice identification, cases of poisoning and death resulting from suicide, murder and overtaking happen now and then. At present, liquid-liquid extraction common ultraviolet spectrophotometry method is used for the analysis and examination of such medicine. The separating method of liquid-liquid extraction is overelaborate and waste solution. The recoveries are low. The impurity is got rid of thoroughlessly. Solid-phase extraction is a new separating extraction method based on liquid chromatography theory since 70s, which is simple and quick, and the rate of medicine extraction is high.
