The Clinical Effect Of The Combined Kidney And Activating Blood Soup Combined With NB-UVB In The Treatment Of Liver And Kidney Deficiency With Blood Stasis Vitiligo

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of invigorating kidney and activating blood soup combined with narrow spectrum in the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency with Blood stasis vitiligo.Methods:According to a randomized,controlled experimental design method,90 patients with vitiligo liver-kidney deficiency with blood stasis who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 3 groups,30 in each group.The treatment group was orally taken Bushen Huoxue Decoction(50ml each time,twice daily)and combined with NB-UVB irradiation(initial dose 0.05 J/cm~2,each dose increment 0.1 J/cm~2,2 times per week);control group I NB-UVB irradiation(method with the treatment group);control group II:simple oral Bushenhuoxue Decoction group(method with the treatment group).Each group was treated for 12 consecutive weeks,and the efficacy of vitiligo skin lesions was evaluated after 4,8,and 12 weeks of treatment.Before and after the treatment,scores of Chinese medicine syndromes and dermatological quality of life index(DLQI)were scored,and three groups of patients were observed.Adverse reactions during treatment.All the data obtained by SPSS22.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:The clinical efficacy and lesion area were compared between groups.After treatment for 4 weeks,the difference between the treatment group and the control group I was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with the control group II,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference between the control group I and the control group II was statistically Significance(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the difference between the treatment group and the control group I was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group II(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the control group I and the control group II(P>0.05).After treatment for 12 weeks,the difference between the treatment group and the control group I was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group II(P<0.05);the control group I and the control group II,the difference was not statistically significant Significance(P>0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group I(all P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control II group(P>0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant.The score of TCM syndromes in control group II was lower than that in control group I(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.DLQI score before treatment in the study group was 12.21±6.26,DLQI score 5.04±3.81 after treatment;DLQI score 12.00±5.49 before treatment,DLQI score 5.89±3.72 in control group I,DLQI score 13.22±7.27,after treatment DLQI score 7.78±5.32.The paired t test was used for the DLQI score before and after treatment.The DLQI scores of the treatment group,the control group I and the control group II after treatment were lower than those before treatment,both P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Kidney huoxue soup combined narrow spectrum uvb rays treatment of liver and kidney deficiency blood stasis type of vitiligo effective,in patients with clinical curative effect and improve the skin area,TCM syndrome,dermatology life quality index is superior to pure narrow spectrum uvb rays irradiation group and simple oral kidney huoxue soup decoction of the control group,and no obvious adverse reactions,worthy of clinical further promotion.
