Objective to study the relationship between the expression of connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) in transplant kidney and chronic allograph nephropathy(CAN),to investigate the possibillity of CTGF used as a biologic index sign to reflect the degree of chronic allograph nephropathy. Method the renal biopsy specimen of 32 which were divided into the living-related donor group of 12, cadaveric donor group of 10, and control group of 10,were examined the expression of CTGF by the S-P method of immunohistochemistry. all of the specimen of morphological analysis were performed by the optical microscope, the renal biopsy specimen of 6 were observed super microstructure by the eletronic microscope, the expression of CTGF and histological diagnosis were comparison analyed. Result (1) To compare the rate of chronic allograph nephropathy in cadaveric donor group with that in living-related donor group has show the significantly difference(p<0.05).(2) The positive rate of CTGF cell in cadaveric donor growp was higher than that of the living-related donor group and control group ,it is not significantly difference to compare the positive rate of CTGF cell in the living-related donor group with control group (30. 51±8. 63vs 13.70 ± 7.92 p<0.05; 30. 51 ± 8. 63vs 9. 55 ± 2. 67, p<0.05; 13.70±7.92 vs9. 55 ± 2. 67 p>0.05) (3)With the time prolonging, the expression of CTGF has a high gradually trend, the rate of expression of >12 month group is higher than 0-3 month group(p<0.05).(4) The expression of CTGF in the renal function reduced group was obviously high ,the rate of expression was higher than that of the kidney function normal group(75. 52 ± 28. 97vsl52. 39 ± 30. 85, p<0.01) (5)The rate of positive cell percentage in the case whose pathological diagnosis...
