Experimental Research On The Effect Of Zhenzhiling On Immunity Function Of Tumor-bearing Mice

Objective: To observe the effect of zhenzhiling on the immunity function of tumor-bearing mice, and explore its possible immune mechanism, and afford the scientific experimental basement for the further study on the mechanism of the inhibition effect of Chinese herbs on tumor.Methods: Selecting both male and female 200 mouse of 1CR strain with body-weight between 18～22 g, were injected with 0.2ml S₁₈₀ single-cell suspension in lateral subcutaneous tissue of right front legs to set up tumor mode and randomly dividing them into 5 groups-control group: low dose of zhenzhiling group, middle dose of zhenzhiling group, high dose of zhenzhi ling, Levamisole group and NS group. Each group was given CTX (0.03g/kg) by intraperitoneal injection (ip) every other day and were given medicine by introgastric (ig) everyday for 10 day. The indices were observed and recorded.Results: humoural immunity HC50: Low, middle and high dose of zhenzhi ling groups and Levamisole group were higher than NS group, the defference between two groups has a statistic significance(P<0. 01). High and middle dose of zhenzhiling were higher than Levamisole group (P<0. 05).
