Objective: to analyze the characteristics of pathogenesis of CVA in children, and to point out treatment method of SuFenXuanFeiJianPiHuaTan;applying XiaoErZhiKe particle, to make clear the mechanism and clinical effect of method of SuFenXuanFeiJianPiHuaTan with clinical control study and animal experiments.Methods: We reviewed and summarized the etiological factors and pathogenesis of children' s CVA in both fields of TCM and western medicine by retrieving many literatures recently and pointed out method of SuFenXuanFeiJianPiHuaTan applying XiaoErZhiKe particle. Clinical research observed the general curative effect, effective rate in the day of 3rd, 5th and 7tg , the serum level of IgE and peripheral blood eosinophil cells (EOS) count, and PEF% before and after treatment in both observed group (XiaoErZhiKe particle group) and control group(Aminophylline plus Ketotifen group). Based on the observations we evaluated the curative effect of XiaoErZhiKe particle on children' s CVA. In animal experiments we observed the therapeutic mechanism of XiaoErZhiKe particle. Observing bronchotracheal secretion of phenol red and cough induced with ammonia water, we evaluated the curative effect of relieving sputum and cough of XiaoErZhiKe particle on mice. Mean while we also observed the influence of XiaoErZhiKe particle on the serum level of IL-5, MDA and SOD in asthma models of cavia cobaya.Results: In clinical research the general effective rate in observed group and control group was respectively 95% and 93.3% and there was no statistically difference; The effective rates in the day of 3rd, 5th, 7th were 46. 3%, 75%, 95% in observed group and were 23.3%, 40%, 93.3% in control group.
