ObjectiveMyocardial infarction (MI) is one of the most important diseases to threaten humans'health which mobility and mortality is very high. Scientists try to find new method to cure it and the first step is to understand the pathophysiological mechanism of MI . Then the animal model of MI is necessary to develop research. Many kinds of animals were used to replicate the MI model, but to our consideration, the model must be suitable and simulate the MI of human very well. So using mouse to replicate the MI animal model is a good choice. In this research, we use coronary artery ligation (CAL) method to replicate mouse MI model, observe the pathology and cardiac function and discusses the pathophysiological mechanism, which establish the foundation of future research.Methods1. Animal groups:According to the research objective, animals were divided into 13 groups, one was sham group and the others were operation groups. Operation groups were divided into 12 groups according to the time they were killed after operation, they were 30min group, 1h group, 2h group, 4h group, 1d group, 2d group, 3d group, 5d group, 7d group, 10d group, 14d group, 28d group, so there were 110 mice enter our test, 96 in operation group and 14 in sham group.
