ObjectiveCompared with cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMRI), to assess the feasibility, accuracy and repeatability of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography (RT-3DE) in quantifying global left ventricular volumes and function. And to evaluate the feasibility and accuracy of RT-3DE in quantifying regional left ventricular volumes, regional function and left ventricular mass. At the same time, the rule of the regional left ventricular systolic function, the relationships between the whole and the segment in volumes and function and possible factors influencing left ventricular mass were investigated. And the normal left ventricular mass (index) value range of RT-3DE was established. Methods31 healthy volunteers (15 males and 16 females) without cardiovascular diseases were investigated by RT-3DE and CMRI , and the quantitative analyses were blinded to each other. Part One: 1 Quantitative assessment of global left ventricular functionGlobal left ventricular end-diastolic volume(EDV), end-systolic...
