Part IThe Expression of Matrix Metalloproteinase-7 and its Inhibitor TIMP-1 in Human Hilar Duct CarcinomaCell Line QBC939Objective: To explore the gene expression of Matrix metalloproteinase-7 (MMP-7) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) in human hilar duct carcinoma cell line QBC939, So as to make a solid foundation for our further tests.Method: To detect the expression of MMP-7 mRNA and TIMP-1 mRNA in human hilar duct carcinoma cell line QBC939 using RT-PCR.Result: MMP-7 and TIMP-1 genes can be all detected in human hilar duct carcinoma cell line QBC939, the expression level of the former is higher than the latter.Conclusion: The expression of MMP-7 and TIMP-1 has been proved by RT-PCR in QBC939 cell line.
