| Objective: To prove the expression of Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor-7 (PPAR-7) in human hilar duct carcinoma cell line QBC939.Method: To detect the expression of PPAR-7 mRNA by RT-PCR compared with GAPDH as internal control in human hilar duct carcinoma cell line QBC939.Result: A middle-low level expression of PPAR-7 mRNA compared with GAPDH in human hilar duct carcinoma cell line QBC939.Conclusion: There has been proved the expression of PPAR-7 mRNA in QBC939 cell line.
