Objective: Species identification for biological specimen is one of the main research subjects in forensic biology. Up to now, there are many shortcomings, such as low-sensitivity, short-duration, time-consuming, high-expense, etc. In order to solve these problems, we employed the sequences of appropriate genes in Mitochondrial DNA to develop reliable system for species identification.Methods: Two genes were chosn and primers were designed according to their sequences.
