Objective: To detect the expression of AKT2, HIF-1α and VEGF in colorectal cancer, adenomatoid polyp with atypical hyperplasi, adjacent normal mucosa and normalcolorectal mucosa, and investigate their roles and mutual correlation of three kind of markers in happening, progression of colorectal carcinoma, and provide reference for clinicopathologicaldiagnosis and evaluation of prognosis. Methods: Tissue microarray and immunohistochemical SABC techniques were used to detect the expressions of AKT2, HIF-1 α and VEGF in 50 cases of colorectal carcinoma, 17 cases of adenomatoid polyp with atypical hyperplasia, 10 cases adjacent normal mucosa and 14 cases normal colorectal mucosa tissue. Results: (1) AKT2 protein was mainly located in cytoplasm of carcinoma cells . The positive rates of AKT2 protein were 14. 3%, 20%, 52. 9% and 84% in the groups of normal colorectal mucosa, adjacent normal mucosa ,adenomatoid polyp with atypical hyperplasia, and colorectal carcinoma respectively, with weak to strong intensity. In the normal colorectal mucosa tissue - colorectal cancer sequence variation process, the expression rate of AKT2 was gradually increased. There was significance between the groups of colorectal carcinoma and normal colorectal mucosa, adjacent normal mucosa tissue, adenomatoid polyp with atypical hyperplasia(p < 0.05). There was no significance between the...
