Objective To detect the expressions of HIF-1α, PTEN and the CD147 in colorectal benign and malignant lesions, and its relation to three kind of markers and clinicopathological factors of the colorectal cancer, and provide the valuable reference for the early diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer. Methods Tissue chips and immunohistochemical SABC techniques were used to detect the expressions of HIF-1α, PTEN and CD147 in 50 cases of colorectal carcinoma, 17 cases of adenomatoid polyp with atypical hyperplasia,10 cases adjacent normal mucosa tissue and 14 cases normal colorectal mucosa. Results (1)HIF-1α protein was mainly located in the nuclei of carcinoma cells with weakly to strong intensity. The positive rates of HIF-1α protein were 28.6%,40%,58.8% and 66% in the groups of normal colorectal mucosa, adjacent normal mucosa tissue, adenomatoid polyp with atypical hyperplasia and colorectal carcinoma respectively. In the normal large intestine tissue - colorectal cancer sequence successional variation process, the expression rate of HIF-1αwas gradually increased. There was significance between the groups of normal mocosa and colorectal carcinoma (p<0.05). There was no significance between the groups of cancer and adenomatoid polyp with atypical hyperplasia, adjacent normal mucosa tissue(p>0.05);(2) PTEN was mainly distributed in the cytoplasm of cancer cells with strong to weakly intensity. The positive rates of PTEN were 92.9%, 90%, 76.5% and 48% in the groups of normal colorectal mucosa, adjacent normal mucosa tissue, adenomatoid polyp with atypical hyperplasia and colorectal carcinoma respectively. There was significance between the groups of colorectal carcinoma and normal colorectal mucosa, adjacent normal mucosa tissue, adenomatoid polyp with atypical hyperplasia(p< 0.05). There was no significance between the groups of normal colorectal mucosa and adjacent normal mucosa tissue, adenomatoid polyp with atypical hyperplasia . (p > 0.05);(3) CD147 was mainly located in the tumor cells' membrane and the cytoplasm with weakly to strong intensity. The positive rates of CD147 were 35.7%,70%,76.5% and...
