Objective To investigate pathway and dose of inoculation about establishment of experimental tuberculosis in SD rats and compare effect of different pathways and doses of inoculation on establishment of experimental tuberculosis in SD rats。Methods Seventy SD rats were randomized into seven groups, namely normal control group (A group) , caudal vein 0.1mg infected group (B group) , caudal vein lmg infected group (C group) , caudal vein 10mg infected group(D group) , abdominal cavity 0. 1mg infected group (E group) , abdominal cavity lmg infected group (F group) and abdominal cavity 10mg infected group (G group) (n=10 each)。 SD rats from B group,C group and D group were intravenously injected with 0. 1mg,1mg,10mg standard person type Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv respectively. SD rats from E group,F group and G group were intraperitoneally injected with 0. 1mg,1mg,10mg standard person type Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv respectively . For comparison, SD rats from normal control group (A group) were injected simultaneously with the same volume normal saline via tail vein and abdominal cavity respectively .Ten rats from each group were sacrificed at six weeks postinfection to weigh to compare weight index of lung , liver, spleen and to observe pathologic changes in lung, liver, spleen tissues。Lung, liver, spleen homogenates were pasted on the sheet to do Ziehl-Neelsen stain。...
