The Trichinella spirali is classified to Order Encplida of Family Trichinellidae in Genus Trichinella. Trichinosis is a globalized zoonotic parasitic disease. Trichinella spirali can infect the human and 150 kinds of animals, in severe cases, death may ensue. In the previous study, some scholars discovered that the hosts infested with Trichinella spiralis can enhance certain some regression, but after infested other nematodes, the antitumoral action of host is not remarkable variance with control group. Study indicated that a protein or multi-protein from Trichinella spiralis excreation or incretion involve in the event by activating the host immune system. The study was designed to examine extract of Trichinella spiralis anti-tumor action. Trichinella spiralis and the extract anti-tumor effect was studied and the molecular mechanism was discussed in the study .The study will be foundation in development of the new anti-tumor medicine. This research includes three following sections:①Antitumoral action of Trichinella spiralis and extract for solid tumor model was evaluated in vivo.②Antiproliferation effect of extract was observed by MTT and morphology change was observed by optic microscope in tumor cells.③Extract–induced apoptosis was assaied by the DNA fragment electrophoresis, flow cytometer and TUNEL. Simultaneously, detection of the caspase-3,p53 and Bax genes expression level by immunofluorescence stain revealed the molecular mechanism of Trichinella spiralis extract induced tumor cells apoptosis. This study will provide the rationale and the...
