Objective1.To explore the sequence of systolic and diastolic dysfunction in patients with pulmonary hypertension (PH) using tissue Doppler imaging (TDI).2. To quantitatively analyze myocardial diastolic velocities and time intervals of right ventricule in patients with pulmonary hypertension, evaluate right ventricular diastolic function and screen out the sensitive index of evaluating right ventricular diastolic function.3. To investigate the difference between systolic velocities and time intervals. of ri-ght ventricle myocardial motion and evaluate right ventricular systolic function.4.
