To analyze the influencing factors of different degree SID. To observe the curative effects of sensory integration training. Methods: Child Integration Scale and self-made questionnaire of influencing factors are applied to investigate the ADHD children. Meanwhile, the curative effects of sensory integration training on 96 ADHD children with SID are observed. Results: The total rate of SID is 98.26% in ADHD children. Moderate and serious SID account for the majority of the rate (83.68%). The main influencing factors of child SID are: academic record, intelligence, fellowship, educational level of mother, family's circumstance. After the sensory integration training, the sensory integrative ability, the results acquired through CRT, hyperactivity symptom and behavioral problems have improved. Conclusion: The rate of SID in ADHD children is much high. SID is an end of multiple factors. Sensory integration training is an effective method for children with ADHD and is worth performing widely.
