Effect Of Clore Wei Ling Mixture On The Quantity Of NOS,NO And Expression Of PCNA In Rats Model Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Study Backgroud and Objective:Chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) is a common disease of digestive system,Because of its positive correlation with morbidity of gastric carcinoma, it was considered as a precancerous condition by World Health Organization (WHO). For this reason, to prevent and cure CAG plays a very important role in preventing gastric carcinoma. The incidence of Chronic atrophic gastritis is 25 percent to 50 percent in natural crowd and is going up with age. It is a hotspot of digest field, because the mechanism is not clear. Chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) is considered as much pathogeny,endless, much phase and polygene. Herbalist docter accumulate have much experience for Chronic atrophic gastritis. This study to detect effect of Clore wei ling mixture on the quantity of NOS,NO and expression of PCNA in rats model of Chronic atrophic gastritis.Material and Method:Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups: normal control group, model control group, Clore wei ling mixture low-dose group, Clore wei ling mixture middle -dose group and Clore wei ling mixture high-dose group.Except normal control group rats, CAG model was established in other rats by synthetical method: sodium salicylic was given once a day,and ammonia was drink freely etal, all the factors were given for two monthes. When the model was established successfully,Except normal control group rats and model control group, others rats were treated with different dose medicines,after six weeks, all the rats were sacrificed. Their gastric juice was collect to detect PH,theirblood serum was collect to detect NOS and NO by chemic method ,their stomaches were collect to detect pepsin activity by chemic method and PCNA by immunohistochemistry methods and detect the histologic mucosa changes by microscopy.Results:Compared to normal control group, gastric juice PH,the quantity of NOS,NO and expression of PCNA in the model control group was significantly higher, pepsin activity was lower(p<0.01) , and the pathologic changes of gastric mucosa were significantly worse. Compared to model control group ,those rats were treated with different dose medicines for six weeks, there was significant statistics difference in pathologic changes of gastric mucosa. Compared to model control group , gastric juice PH,the quantity of NOS,NO and expression of PCNA of high-dose Clore wei ling mixture group, middle-dose Clore wei ling mixture group and low-dose Clore wei ling mixture group was lower, pepsin activity was higher. (p<0.01).Conclusion : Clore wei ling mixture could inhibit the abnormal proliferating of rats'Chronic atrophic gastritis. gastric juice PH,The quantity of NOS,NO and expression of PCNA in rats model of Chronic atrophic gastritis was significantly higher, pepsin activity was significantly lower.It is a important factor induced Chronic atrophic gastritis.
