Objective:To explore the effect of Fanliuningtang to rat model of mix duodenogastroesophageal reflux;the possible mechanism of Reflux esophagitis occuring and easy to recrudesce. Methods:One hundred and forty clean Wistar rat breed in quiet circumstance , fredom to take fonnd and water . One week later , take twenty-four as the normal control group ( Group A),take twenty-six to do fake operation (namely doing nothing after entering into abdom, whereafte closing abdom), the rest do Duodenum' end-oesophagus anastomosing to make mix duodenogastroesophageal reflux model according as wang wen [1]amending Clark et al's method[2] (forbid food but not water twenty-four hour befor making model). After making mode, group after breeding a week(the first day after making mode, forbid food but not water). Take out twenty-four from doing fake operation as fake operation group(Group B).After eliminating the die rat, from mix duodenogastroesophageal reflux models randomly taking out seventy-two divide into three groups-model group(Group C), fanliuningtang group(Group D) and western medcine group(Group E) , twenty-four rat each group. Do treatment a week later. Group D affuse 2ml fanliuningtang to rat stomach, one dgree every day (containing medcine 1. 34g every ml) ; Ggroup E affuse 2ml Aomeorotro to rat stomach, one dgree every day(containing medcine 0. 26g every ml);Group A, Group B and Group C affuse 2ml 0. 9% sod chlorid to rat stomach, one dgree every day. Randomly take out eight rat from every group at the seven day, the fourteen day and the twenty-eight day to execute by decollation and fetch 2cm oesophagus from stomach march with oesophagus to fauces to observe by naked eye, then fixup by 10% formaldehyde and slice up to do observe by light microscope and examine by immunity-histochemistry coloration of Nitric oxide synthase(NOS), Protine53(P53) and Proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA). Results:1. After seven day , oesophagus mucous membrane of Group C rat appear punctate, strip or piece ,indeed all around rubefaction and fester or appear canker by naked eye observtion , appear inflammation cell soakage in Oesophagus epidermis ,mucous membrane connatural stratum mammilla extending, squama mucous membrane hyperplasia and mucous membrane fester or canker by light microscope observtion , but normal control group and fake operation group rat' mucous membrane is normal by naked eye observtion and light microscope observtion, which explain making mode is successful.2. After seven day , oesophagus mucous membrane of fanliuningtang group and western medcine group still appear punctate, strip or piecerubefaction and fester or appear canker by naked eye observtion, but a fat lot appear all around fester or appear, naked eye observtion mark obvious decresed compared with model group which has significant difference (p<0. 05), still appear inflammation cell soakage in Oesophagus epidermis , mucous membrane connatural stratum mammilla extending, squama mucous membrane hyperplasia and mucous membrane fester or canker by light microscope observtion , light microscope observtion mark obvious decresed compared with model group which has significant difference (p<0. 05). After fourteen day and twenty-eight , oesophagus raucous membrane of fanliuningtang group and western medcine group renew normol by and large, the mark of two group has significant difference compared with model group(p<0.05) , but fanliuningtang group has significant difference compared with western medcine group(p>0.05), which explain fanliuningtang and comparison medicine all have effection to RE at histology level, and they have comparative curative effect.3. After seven day , the PCNA's immunity-histochemistry coloration ash degree of fake operation group is high compared with normol group , which has significant difference(p<0.05), but the P53' s and the NOS ' s have no significant difference compared with normol group (p>0. 05), and the PCNA's, the NOS's and the P53's also have no significant difference compared with normol group after fourteen day and after twent...
