Objective: The author organized experimental study of effect of regular aerobics exercises on blood Circular Endothelium Cell (CEC),blood vessel contraction factor plasma ET-1,diastolization factor serum NO in middle and elderly hypertensive patients and did further study of mechanism of lowering blood pressure by regular aerobics exercises.Methods: By the way of interviewing volunteers, the author selected 12 mild or moderate hypertension of 53~72 years old including 2 males and 10 females who are treated in Taishan Medicine University Jinan Clinical Medicine and they did regular aerobics exercise—fast walking and gymnastics for 10 weeks voluntarily. It is observed the changes of the main indicators -- numbers of blood Circular Endothelium Cell (CEC), the content of plasma ET-1, serum NO and et al of hypertensions who are in quiet and with empty stomach before and after 10 weeks of training by contrast once.Results: The statistics and analysis indicate that the main indicators as follows: (1)The number of blood Circular Endothelium Cell (CEC) numbers obviouslyfalling from number 4.77±2.27/0.9μl to number 3.42±1.65/0.9μl. The difference is significant (p<0.05)(2) The quantity of plasma ET of middle aged hypertension very obviously falling from 154.60±74.71pg/ml to 100.69±56.94pg/ml . The difference is very significant (p<0.01).(3)The quantity of serum NO obviously rising from28.31±18.60μmol/L to 74.40±44.33μmol/L. The difference is significant (p<0.05).(4)The ratio of ET and NO obviously falling from 8.37±6.72 to 3.12±5.40. The difference is significant (p<0.05).They tend to balance gradually.Conclusions:(1)The reduction of numbers of CEC illustrates recovery from scathing of structure and function of blood vessel endothelium cell to some extent for hypertensions. Regular aerobics exercises can prevent the further damage of blood vessel wall and rebuild target organs slightly .So the hypertensions tend to turn better.(2)Regular aerobics exercises can make the dysfunction of excretion of vessel active factors especially plasma ET and serum NO a turn for the better and make structure and function of the injurious blood vessel wall resumed to a certain degree and rebuild the target organs slightly. So the situation of blood pressure turns better.(3)The number of blood Circular Endothelium Cell (CEC), plasma ET and serum NO are the hypersensitive indictors which reflect hypertension severity .The number of blood Circular Endothelium Cell (CEC), the content of plasma ET and serum NO will be in company with the severity of hypertension .So numbers of blood Circular Endothelium Cells (CEC), plasma ET and serum NO are scientific and sensitive quote of physiology that is evaluate and monitor the effect of exercise on treating hypertension. We can discuss the mechanism of reducing high blood pressure by exercises and provide theory for exercises can prevent and cure hypertension .
