PurposeTo study the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging in the heart disease:to evaluate the ability of myocardium movement and indentify the ischemic, infarcted and normal myocardial tissue using Cine-MRI and MR myocardial perfusion imaging. Materials and methods1.Cine MR and MR myocardial perfusion imaging were performed on 19 persons.6/19 were patients with the ischemic cardiomyopathy and 6/19 were myocardial infarcted diagnosed by clinical doctors,7 of the 19 were the volunteers who were healty. The doctors of the radilogy department analyzed the images and made the diagnosis.2.We used the MR workstation to draw the signal intensity-time curves about the three groups. Then we can compare the feature of the curves and analyzed the parameters with statistics. Results1. With the Cine MR we can see that the movement of infarcted and ischemic myocardial tissue weaked obviously, even there were paradoxical movement.2. Hypoenhancement on first-pass and hyperenhancement on delay phase appeared in the patients with infarcted myocardium. There are significant difference between the upslope, the time of upslope, peak time of the signal intensity-time curves and contrast enhancement ratio of those patients and the normal. The ischemic myocardium presented hypoenhancement on first-pass and normal on delay phase. The time of upslope and peak time of the signal intensity-time curves were prelonger. Upslope and contrast enhancement ratio were diminished.Conclusion1. The ischemic, infarcted and normal myocardial tissue can be indentied by MR myocardial perfusion imaging.2. As a non-invasive,non-radial,high accurate, high resolution for cardiac imaging,MR can not be replaced. Moreover it is helpful to the clinical diagnosis and treatment about the heart diseases.
