Objective:The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect the mechanism of Pai Du and Shuang Tiao Synthetic Therapy on the rats with 5/6 nephrectomy and the level of Angâ…¡and ALD in the model rats of CRF.Methods:Health male Sprague-Dawley(SD)rat but normal control group(A) were subject to 5/6 renal ablation by two-step operation and the survival rats were randomly assigned to 5 group: CRF control group(B),singal oral application therapy group(C),singal enema therapy group(D),singal acupuncture therapy group(E)and Pai Du and Shuang Tiao Synthetic Therapy group(F),all the rats were treated with corresponding drugs for 4 weeks.During and after treatment,the general state was detected and the content of Hb,BUN,Scr,the detection of the level of Angâ…¡,ALD were measured.The kidneys of the rats were used for the study of nephon pathology.Kidney pathological features were observed under microscope.Results:1. Pai Du and Shuang Tiao Synthetic Therapy group had better effect than other group on improving the general state,decreasing blood urea nitrogen contents(BUN)level,serum creatinine(Scr)level and so on.2.Comparing with the singal oral application therapy,singal enema therapy and singal acupuncture therapy,Pai Du and Shuang Tiao Synthetic Therapy can decrease the level of Angâ…¡and ALD significantly.3.The histomorphological changes indicated that Pai Du and Shuang Tiao Synthetic Therapy had better effect on improving renal lesions.Conclusion:Pai Du and Shuang Tiao synthetic theapy can depress the compensatory and slow the progression of chronic injury through the mechanism of decreasing serum Angâ…¡,ALD and protect the kidney.Comparing with single therapies, the curative of synthetic therapy is the best.
