| Purpose: The study is to investigate the characteristic and difference of menstrual period hormone release of women athlete with menstrual disorder by measuring the serum gonadotropins,sex hormone ,testosterone ,cortisol, to analyze the relationship betweeng the body grease percentage and menoxenia ,to investigate the characteristic and difference of biochemistry index , In order to discuss an influence of long range motion training on gonadotropins and sex hormone secretion.which may found factors that initiate menoxenia and their occurrence mechanism.Through the study it may found a method in monitoring physical capacity of women athlete in training practice and theoretical basis for scientific training. It may prevent athletic mens trual disorder from happening.Subjects: The subject aer 73 women athlete who come from Guang Dong province institute sports. Age: 17.8±2.66years , height: 167.2±10.56cm weight : 56.9±9.19kg ,training time: 6.8±3.33years.It incloude 30 master level athletes ,32 first grade athletes and 11 two stage athletes.Methods: By random cluster sampling ,the athlete who accords with experiment design is divided for the amenorrhea group , long-periodic group , minor-cycle group , contrast a group.all of group are measured, inclouding follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) , luteinizing hormones (HL) , estradiol (E2) , progesterone (P) , testosterone (T) , Cortisol (C) , cruorin (HB) , creatine kinase (CK) , blood urea nitrogen (BUN) , body component. Results:1,GTH,SHCompared with amenorrhea group , long menstrual cycle group the serum gonadotropins , sex hormone levels is equal to control group . Compared with short menstrual cycle the serum gonadotropins ,sex hormone levels islower.There are significant difference between difference subjects in hormone release levels(p<0.05, p<0.01).2,T, CCompared with amenorrhea group , long menstrual cycle group the serum T,C levels is higher . There are significant difference between difference subjects in hormone release levels(p<0.05,p<0.01,)3,Body component , biochemistry indexThe amenorrhea group has notable difference comparing with contrasting group of body grease amounts , BMI (p <0.01); The amenorrhea group has notable difference comparing with contrasting group (HB) (p <0.01); The amenorrhea group , long menstrual cycle group have notable difference comparing with contrasting group in serum T release levels (p <0.05); The short menstrual cycle group has notable difference comparing with contrasting group in serum C release levels (p <0.05).Conclusions:1,hypothalamic pituitary axis of amenorrhea athlete is grave restrained.its function does not recover in short term. The athlete that the menstrual cycle prolongs develops amenorrhea if do not adjustment training no time.2,The long range high strength activity lead to adrenal gland axis's reinforces, one of the cause is disturb the sex hormone progestational hormone basis secreting level , it may be to initiate menoxenia.3,body grease and biochemistry can monitor physical capacity of women athlete in training practice It may prevent athletic mens trual disorder from happening.4,Cruorin of menoxenia athlete comes down , the urea nitrogen , the sour kinase of muscle rise , which indexs had changed that effect on athlete's health . |
