Objective: To get the message of changeing tendency about the foetus physique and body or embryonic organ development in different course; to master the change relationships of fetal development and embryo age, and to evaluate the fetal development situation, and to provide the evidence for the embryology research, aristogenesis and child rearing, neonatology, obstetrics-gynecology and image diagnostics, et al.Methods: Dissected and measured the embryo shape and principal internal organs in different terms, and compared the documents 15 years ago, observed and analysised the foetus heart and kidney with tissue technique.Results: The heart developed in 30 days embryo. The morphologic characteristics of heart muscle fiber was like to the smooth muscle cell before 50 days. The heart muscle fiber had aligned closely tendency, cell nucleus changed ellipse, nucleus long axis was same to the muscle fibril direction, and the heart muscle valve developed well, and there were some vassular in heart adventitia. It was the mid trimester pregnancy from 4 to 6 months, the cell volume increased, cytoplasm was abundance, cell nucleus changed small, muscle fibril in the heart muscle cells synthesized prosperity, the histological character was same to mid trimester of pregnancy. There were small, conglomerate, coarctate, and cauliflower-like metanephrogenic blastema in lumbosacral area base structure at cyophoria 40 days. And developed definite kidney gradually after 50 days. We might see developed well, irregular nephric tubule and acinus renis in 60 days.The acinus renis appearance was clearly, integrated and nephric tubule aligned closely the periphery of acinus renis, kidney unit initially developed. The nephric tubule every segment, collecting tubule were clear, and same to adults. The foetus cortex of kidney superficial layer had developing and developed gradually naive acinus renis. The deep cortex; and medullary substance character was like to adult kidney. Among the foetus development, the kidney genesis and molding continued to the birth. The statistics obvesation of foetus figure and embryo organ: There were not physical lengh and sitting length marked change, the foetal physical lengh and sitting length began fastest growing speed from 3 months, and the time extrapolated to 1.5 months of the embryo development. The hand and food developing mode was similar to upper and lower limbs, but the speed was faster. The brain of foetus fast developed course was 6 months, the foetus top geny-dia developed mode was similar to double parietal diameter and occipitofrontal diameter, the growth speed of foetus maxillofacial region was similar to brain. The foetus age except of 3 months, other time foetus weight was higher than that before 15 years, the weight of 3 months increased fastest. The heart fast development emerged before 7 months foetus age. From forth 4 month, arteria pulmonalis and arteriae aorta development was same, but the arteriae aorta external diameter was larger than arteria pulmonalis's. The right lung volume and weight was larger than left lung's among the development course. And the left and right lung axial ray lengh and weight developed smoothly from 3 to 9 months foetus age. The kidney weight increased fast in 4 months foetus age, and began overshoot. Left and right kidney weight had not obvious difference, the lengh and width of left and right kidney was larger the value of before 15 years. The right liver volume was large left all along among development age, the long axis between left and right liver was same; the lenth and width of left and right liver was near. With the foetus age increasing, the right liver volume reduced gradually, and the width and thickness reduced principally.The volume and weight of left and right adrenal gland was not difference obviously.Conclusion: The foetus fast development stage might extrapolate the 1.5th month foetu development. The heart fast development emerged before 7 months of foetus age. The aortal external diameter development exceeded the arteria pulmonalis, their external diameter development speed was close to each other among every development stage. The left liver volume was larger than right liver volume all along among development stage. The adrenal capsule volume was larger or same to kidney at embryo stage. The weight of left and righe kidney had not different among embryo development stage. The lamina cortex mighet see the similar structure to initial acinus renis and tube, but had not truly nephric tubule at 50 days foetus age. There was developed S-shape and comma shape nephric tubule and irregular acinus renis at medullary substance and brain mantle of kidney at 60 days foetus age. The uropoiesis function kidney unit developed initially at 90 days foetus age, and it had similar deep medullary substance and brain mantle structure with adult. The upper, lower limbs, hand and food development increased with line shape with foetus age. The growth speed of maxillofacial region and brain was similar. The weight of foetus had great change, but 3 months foetus age had not, every other months foetus weight was larger than the weight 15 years ago.
