Background At present, the relation between stroke and SAHS become hot in the field of clinical study. It was showed, SAHS was one of most important risk factors. In patients with cerebral infraction , the occurrence of SRBD maybe rather higher than we had expected before. Mohsenin's studying showed that compared with the other group without stroke, in the patients with the infraction of hemisphere , the occurrence of SRBD was significantly higher because the SAHS cases took up 80%. Furthermore , in intercurrent SAHS patients with stroke, SaO2 failed and the cerebral blood flow decreased. At last, the ill would degenerate and the prognosis would be worse. The following factors result in that the patients with cerebral infraction existing SAHS: (1)Central nerve system is damaged. (2) The disorders of nerve system make it. (3) The sleep disorders have an effect on it. It was reported by Cartwright, in the OSAHS patients without stroke , the degree of SRBD was sharp different between on supine side and on lateral side. It was closely related to the change of morphologic airway. Then ,how do we explain Effects of body posture on sleep related breathing disorders of patients with acute cerebral infarction? Up to the present, the seldom was reported. The present study was attempted to assess effects of body posture on sleep related breathing disorders(SRBD) of patients with acute cerebral infarction and find out how to make it. Objective Study effects of body posture on sleep related breathing disorders...
