The Study on Skin toxicity experiment with Modified Wuhuang OilObjective: To study the toxicity on skin by the Modified Wuhuang Oil.Method: Acute skin toxicity and skin irritation test on goodhealth guinea rabbit, skin allergenicity test on goodhealth guinea pig.Results: Modified Wuhuang Oil has no acute toxicity and Mild irritative effects to the integrity or damaged skin of rabbit. Insensitive effects on the integrity or damaged skin of guinea pig was observed, but it had little skin allergenicity after 72 hours.Conclusion: It is safe by using the Modified Wuhuang Oil to treat wound skin.Influence of Modified Wuhuang Oil on The Proliferation of Fibroblasts and Epidermal Stem Cells in VitroObjective: To investigate the influence of "Modified Wuhuang oil" on the proliferation of the human fibroblasts(HDF) or epidermal stem cells(ESCs) in vitro and the mechanism of the inhibition/proliferation.Methods: cultured HDF/ESCs were exposed to different concentration of "Modified Wuhuang oil" solution and investigated by MTT assay after exposure to "Modified Wuhuang oil" 24 hours.
