Reseach, Mechanics Analysis And Clinical Practice Of The Full-automatic Cervical Vertebra Tractor

Objective To discuss the full-automatic cervical vertebra tractor to treat the application value which the nerve root type of cervical spondylosis, analyzes the mechanics principle of this tractor,and observes its curative effect which treats the patient which gets sick after the neural root type of cervical spondylosis with this tractor,thus provides the basis for clinical reasonably application of this tractor.Method From June to December 2005, 60 patients with the neural root type of cervical spondylosis were collected from the Outpatient Department according to the standard, male 21, female 39, age from 18 to 70 years old. All patients stochastically divide into the treatment group and control group, each group of 30 people. Draw with full-automatic cervical vertebra tractor and ordinary four-tailed bandage(Glisson) separately. The angle and the weight of traction in each group was flection 10° and 4 - 6kg separately,within 20-30 minutes once a day for 2 weeks. Cervical vertebra side location X-ray film was performed separately before drawing and after drawing for 2 weeks. Measure the back distance of the every vertebra interval between C2 to C7 separately. Comparing the results between pre-traction and post-traction in each group,the results between treatment group and control group,and the symptom grades of the pre-traction and post-traction between treatment group and control group. Data analysis was performed and statistical differences were determined with the T test for group control.
