| Objective: To observe the effect to different-usage of mifepristone compatible with misoprostol to abortion and investigate the scheme of enhancing complete abortion rate of medicine abortion; To observe the influence of medicine abortion on the expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in villus and decidua and study the mechanism of mifepristone to termination of early pregnancy .Methods: 446 patients who required termination of early pregnancy were randomized to four groups. Group A (112 cases): mifepristone 25mg was taken once every 12 hours and the total amount was up to 200mg ; misoprostol 600 μg was taken at 9am on the fourth day, and then misoprostol 200 μ g was taken once every 3 hours for three times, group B (109 cases): the usage of mifepristone was the same as that of group A, while misoprostol 600 μ g was taken after RU486 being used for 1 hour on the fourth day. group C (113 cases): mifepristone 25mg was taken once every 12 hours and the total amount was up to 150mg ; On the fourth day , misoprostol was begun to use and the dosage equaled to group A ;Group D (112 cases): mifepristone 25mg was taken once every 12 hours and the total amount was up to 150mg ; misoprostol 600 μg was taken at 9am on the fourth day.
