Atheromatosis is one of the most common arterial diseases, whose formation causes and the development mechanisms are always the hot research topics in biomedicine engineering. Researches show that atheromatosis probably occurs in complex regions such as the curvature and the crotch of the aorta and median, so hemodynamic factors are closely related to cause and development of atheromatosis. Nowadays, the blood are regarded as non-compressible single-phase Newton liquid in most of the researches on hemodynamics for atheromatosis, this assumption is suitable for the situation when the arterial diameter is big and the vas is straight. But when the arterial diameter is small or the arterial geometrical shape is complex (such as curving artery, branching artery and cabined artery caused by disease),big calculating error will be caused by the assumption. It means that the red cell will probably changes the hemodynamic factors, because when the vasal diameter is small, the interaction between the red cell and the blood plasma should be taken into consideration.By the method of calculating hydrodynamics and the theory of hemodynamics, hemodynamics analyses of the U-curving artery, Y-branching artery and cabined artery caused by disease in human being cardiovascular system have been done in this paper from the liquid-solid two-phrase flow point of the view. Through analysis, hemodynamic factors are obtained under two-phrase flow. Atheromatosis and local hemodynamics circumstance in cabined artery caused by disease are studied detailedly based on simulation experiment and anatomization, and then the mechanisms of the atheromatosis is expounded. The research in this paper will improve human's knowledge about cardiovascular disease. Further more, the research can provide valuable references for the preventing, diagnosing and treating of cardiovascular disease.Firstly, the geometrical model is determined by comparing several geometrical model of liquid-solid two-phase flow, and the sequence equation and the momentum equitation are established, hemodynamic factors such as the interacted force between the liquid phase and the solid phase, the pressure of liquid phase and the solid phase ,are obtained, then the correlations among these forces are determined and the function of each own is established; secondly, the typical liquid-solid flow models of curving artery...
