Objective To select the rational surgical procedure for intrahepatolithiasis byComparing the treatmente results of different type. Methods The clinical data of 337 cases withintrahepatolithiasis from2000.1 to 2005.12 were followed up for at least 6 months andretrospectively analyzed. Results Surgical procedures including common bile duct exploration with T-tube drainagein 124 cases, hepatectomy plus hepatojejunostomy or T—tube drainage in 164 cases, partial hepatectomy in 12 cases, cholangiojejunostomy in 54 cases, live transplantation in 1 case. The morbility is 13.95%, and the mortality was 1.48% the first three complications of high occurring were lung infection(4.45%) ,pleural effusion (2.67%) and bile leakage(2.06%)., residual stones in 59 cases (17.51 % ) . 6 to 78 months follow up was achieved, with excellent or good result in 91.1 %. Conclusion The treatment outcome of intrahepatolithiasis in Ⅰ,Ⅱ stages is obviously better than intrahepatolithiasis in Ⅲ,Ⅳ stages. Appropriate use of Hepatectomy with or without T — rube drainage or cholangiojejunostomy is effective for intrahepatic bile duct stones.
