| OBJECTIVE: To observe the reconstruction of alveolar bone defect by using different stuffs methods to repair the alveolar bone defect to study histocompati- bility and biodegradation of the Bio-oss and HA to study the mechanism and process of the alveolar bone defect repaired by Bio-oss and HA .Compared to the blank group to study the effects of Bio-oss and HA on alveolar bone defect recovery. METHODS: Thirty healthy adult people who are between 18-22 years old and need ortho- dontology. Each of the people need extract four the first premolars or the second premolars, 120 teeth altogether , were divided into three groups randomly.40 in each group.The comparative group do not fill anything, the experimental A group fill alveolus socket with HA, the experimental B roup fill all the depth of alveolus socket with Bio-oss. The people were examined with X-ray at the 4,8,12 weeks after surgery to make observation and analyse bone density using statistics. RESULTS: Bone density of alveolar bone defect was gradually increased. The bone density had significant difference between each experiment group and comparative group (P<0.01). The bone density had significant difference between weeks 4 and weeks 8 as well as weeks 8 and weeks 12(P<0.01). And there was difference between each experiment group in bone density(P<0.01).CONCLUTIONS: (1) Bio-oss and HA has better biocompatibility, biodegradation and osteoconductive. It may accelerate alveolar bone reconstruction.(2) Bio-oss may accelerate alveolar bone defect recovery, which provide theoretical basis for further clinical study in treatment alveolar bone defect. |
