Clinical Study Of FU FANG WEI BAO Capsule On Patients With Deficiency In Spleen And Stomach Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and security of FU FANG WEI BAO capsule on patients with deficiency in spleen and stomach of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods: 64 outpatients were divided into cure group and contrast group randomly.Of thirty-two patients in cure group,who take Fu Fang Wei Bao capsules three times every day with 3 pills each time.The pills were taken half an hour before meals. During taking medicine,cold and stimulating food were forbidden. Thirty-two patients in contrast group, who take WEI FU CHUN pills three times every day with 4 pills each time. The medicine were also taken half an hour before meals. All the patients need take medicine for three months and can not use other pills.Results: According to the appraises of general symptom, there is remarkable difference between medical group and contrast group(p>0.05) with Ridit analysis. According to the appraises of clinical general curative effect, in cure group ,9 patients were cured clinically, 12 patients with obvious curative effec,7 cases with effect, 4 cases without effect. The total effective rate was 87.50%. in contrast group , 3 patients were cured clinically, 6 patients with obvious curative effec,14 cases with effect,9 cases without effect. The total effective rate was 71.87%. With Ridit analysis, there is remarkable difference in two groups(p<0.05). In cure group, for gastroscope check, 7 patients were cured clinically,12 patients with obvious curative effec,5 cases with effect,8 cases without effect. The total effective rate was 75.00%; for atrophic inherence gland pathological mechanism, 3 patients were cured clinically, 6 patients with obvious curative effec,11cases with effect, 12 cases without effect. The total effective rate was 62.50%. But in contrast group, for gastroscope check, 6 patients were cured clinically, 14 patients with obvious curative effec,6 cases with effect,6 cases without effect.The total effective rate was 81.25%;for atrophic inherence gland pathological mechanism, 5 patients were cured clinically, 8 patients with obvious curative effec,8 cases with effect, 11 cases without effect.The total effective rate was 65.62%. With Ridit analysis, there is not also remarkable difference in two groups(p>0.05). According to the appraises of clinical curative effect of Helicobacter pylori , there is no remarkable difference between medical group and contrast group(p>0.05) with X2 analysis.Conclusion: There is good clinical effect on patients with chronic atrophic gastritis by taking Fu Fang Wei Bao capsule. The results also showed that Fu Fang Wei Bao capsule has a better clinical effect than WEI FU CHUN pill.In conclusion, it is safty to take Fu Fang Wei Bao capsule for three months because there is no side effect.
